Susan was flexible with our changing pickup plans, promptly shared vet updates and photos, and was fully transparent about any medical concerns. Fozzie Bear is now home, and we could not be happier with our sweet, bratty little boy! He is healthy, playful, intelligent, and the sweetest, most affectionate little dog.

Milton and Susan were wonderful throughout the whole process. Very thorough with updates on the puppies, transfer process, etc. It is obvious how much they love their dogs! What could you have done better? Nothing. It was great!

Our puppy's name is Sheba. We hadn't had a pet for more than 20 years and were scared we wouldn't know how to properly care for her. Enchanting Cavaliers socialized our puppy before we picked her up, and now she loves every dog and person she meets. We have bought two puppies from them and everything went smoothly. I could call and text anytime and they were willing and able to answer all my questions, always keeping us updated with video and pictures.

I loved the weekly videos and touch-base info, so I got to see him grow from the day he was born. All of the helpful tips regarding nutrition, grooming, etc. were very helpful. I also really appreciated the time spent talking and getting to know each other before Oliver arrived. Everything was perfect!

We have two very healthy, well-adjusted, wonderfully tempered Cavaliers from separate litters and years. I was impressed that they knew their names before coming to us. They were and are friendly, not shy, and confident. We felt part of their lives well before meeting them.
