Our health guarantee
Every puppy leaves us with a written health guarantee and a veterinarian health summary covering all vaccinations, wormings, and microchip registration. Here is the short version — the full contract is signed at placement.
- 30-day health warranty and a one-year genetic warranty on every puppy, offered to the original buyer.
- Vet visit within 7 business days of taking your puppy home is required, and documentation from a licensed veterinarian supports any warranty claim.
- Hernia reimbursement of $50 (umbilical) or $75 (inguinal) if surgery is required. Most are outgrown or repaired at the time of spay/neuter.
- Lifetime return promise — if you can ever no longer keep your dog, they come back to us. Never a shelter, never resold or given away.
- Not covered: parasites (puppies can pick these up in overnight travel), spay/neuter costs, shipping, and veterinary expenses.
